The action is conducted on the whole territory of Ukraine from September 9 to October 9, 2013 inclusive.

• Among subscribers who paid Volia accounts on the Web page www.portmone.com without commission, by the means of VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Cirrus or Maestro cards, from September 9 to October 9, 2013, by the means of random selection through random.org service, three winners of the first action month will be defined who will receive 2 months of Volia services for free.
• Among subscribers who paid accounts from September 9 to October 9, 2013, three winners of the second action month will be defined who will also receive 2 months of Volia services for free.

On the action ending, among all members who have never become month winners, by the means of random selection through random.org service, one winner will be selected who will receive the main present, a TV set 42 ``.

Payments in favor of Volia are made without commission and twenty-four-hour. Money funds are included online when you need to pay an account or to supplement a balance, even at inactive service of access to Internet.
