Portmone.com makes possible to pay services with the cards of the National System of Mass Electronic Payment (NSMEP)

Henceforth the National System of Payment cardholders have the possibility to pay services on-line.

For the first time the process of payment began to operate on the analogy of the MasterCard and Visa cards. Simply enter the customer details (number, expiry date and CVV-code) and complete transaction.

“The possibility to pay something on-line with the NSMEP Cards existed earlier, but the process itself due to its complexity raised number of questions. For a long period of time it seemed to be inconvenient and expensive. Indeed, it seemed that the technical process of these Cards’ operating was clear just for software developers who had developed it. Now, for the first time for many years everything has become simpler. The Client gets into the site, chooses the service, enters the details and pay any bills on-line”, — told Ihor Horin, CEO of the Portmone.com system.

More than 700 companies are available on Portmone.com providing services on all the territory of Ukraine to pay with the NSMEP Cards.

NSMEP — the National System of Mass Electronic Payment worked out by the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) for domestic use. It has similar functions with the MasterCard and Visa systems. The only difference — it operates only in Ukraine.

For today, the number of issued NSMEP Cards is more than 10 mln. items. The system includes 56 Banks and 19 Non-Bank Institutions.
