Select the payment category and company

Select the “Mobile communication” payment category and the company for which you wish to pay. If necessary, use the search.

Filling payment details

Enter a phone number and a comment for the template (optional). Check the ✓ checkbox "Save template for further payment" if you plan to use this template in the future.

To save the current details without making a payment, click on the "Save Details" button. To proceed to the next step, click on the "Pay" button

Specify the amount of payment

Please confirm your phone number and enter the payment amount. Click the "Pay" button to proceed.

Filling in the details of the payment card

To receive a letter of confirmation of payment, enter the email. Enter the payment card details (16-digit card number, expiration date and CVV2/CVC2 code). Click “Pay” and confirm the action in a pop-up window by clicking “Ok”

To receive a receipt confirming the payment, enter your email address and click the “Send” button. Click “Get PDF receipt” to generate a receipt in PDF format. Click “Another payment” to make another payment. Click “Get the original receipt” to enter information to get the original receipt.

Select region, category of payment and company

Check your region, then select the "Utilities" payment category and the company you want to pay for. If you can not find a company - use the search or payment for arbitrary details (the button "Pay by requisites").

Filling payment details

Specify the payment details and comments to the template (optional).

Click “Save without pay” - the invoice will go to the section “Current accounts and balances” in the section “Current accounts”. Please note that the process of filling out a payment may be slightly different for some companies.

Please select the template of the saved payment in the "Current Accounts" section.

To make a payment, select the newly saved template in the "My Balances and Accounts" section under "Current Accounts" by clicking on it with the left mouse button.

Bill payment

Fill out the necessary information on the account.

Next, enter the payment card details (16-digit card number, expiration date and CVV2 / CVC2 code). Click “Pay” and confirm the action in a pop-up window by clicking “OK”

Click the "To Accounts" button to go back to the list of all accounts. Click "Previous Invoices" to view all previous invoices paid to this company

Click on "Payment Receipt" to save a PDF version of the receip

Balances in companies

This is a section that displays companies whose services can be paid at any time of the day without waiting for an electronic invoice.

Click “Add bill” to add a template to this section.

Archive

This section contains information on all payments made for the entire period after registration. Information about payments goes to the archive after the current month. To search for invoices or receipts, use the filter.

Payment cards

In this section, you can view a list of all saved cards or add a new card by clicking on the "Add new card" button.

There is also a tool that allows you to quickly replenish the card, edit its name or delete it. Also in this section you can start working
with the Masterpass wallet.

Templates

This section displays all previously saved templates. If necessary, for each of them, you can set up an automatic payment, view the latest payments for this template, as well as edit or delete a template. Also in this section you can add a new template by clicking on the “Add bill” button and search

Automated payment

In this section, you can set up an automatic payment, as well as view the schedule of already set up automatic payments. It also contains detailed information about automatic payments and answers to common questions.

Delivery of receipts

This section allows you to specify information for the implementation of periodic / express delivery of receipts. To do this, you must specify the delivery address, select the companies whose receipts you wish to receive, as well as indicate the desired type of delivery.

Other payments

This section contains information on all payments, except paid bills (transfers from card to card, mobile replenishment, taxes, etc.)

Insurance and travel

With this section you can apply for an insurance policy, as well as view all previously purchased policies.

Bonuses and Promocodes

This section allows you to activate the promotional code, as well as view the list and end date of all activated promotional codes.

Add a card

Click on the “Add Card” button to go to the step of entering payment card details.

Enter the card details

In this section, you must specify the name of the payment card, as well as fill in its details (16-digit card number, expiration date and CVV2 / CVC2 code). Now you can make payments in the Portmone system in one click. To add another card, click the "Add card" button.

Introduction to the section

In this section is mentioned the next information: full name, email address, contact phone number, login and date of registration in system, tariff plan and phone number to receive SMS notifications.

Data administration

In any moment you may change your personal and contact data, current tariff plan and parameters of system notifications receiving. To confirm updates, you should click the red button “Save”.

Administration of notifications

You may set up notifications receiving in emails and SMS in “Personal data” section. To do this, provide current phone number and specify parameters of interest.

To save changes, you should click the button “Save”.

Change of the tariff plan

In the "Tariff Plan" section, you can change your current tariff plan, review the terms of the current tariffs, and view information about the commission fees for paid bills.

To change the tariff plan, select the desired tariff and click on the "Save" button.

Specify the details of the new card

To add a new card, you need to come up with a name for the payment card (you can leave the proposed option), as well as specify the details of the payment card (payment card number and expiration date). After filling in all the required fields, click the button “Add card”

Adding and editing

At any time you can edit or delete previously saved maps using the appropriate set of tools.

Learn more about the terms of tariffs

To open page with the terms of your tariff plan, click the text “Read the terms of tariff” highlighted in red in the “Tariff plan” block.

Switch to another tariff

Choose another tariff in the list if conditions of current tariff plan do not satisfy you. Press the “Save” button to remember the changes.

Select the category

Select the category you are interested in and region. Use search if you want to speed up process of the template creation.

Select company

Select the company you are interested in from the proposed list of organizations.

Fill in the details

Depending on the selected company, please provide the unique user details such as account number, registration code, subscriber code, etc. These details are assigned directly by the service provider you are interested in. You can leave a comment for convenience. After filling in the requisites, click the "Save Requisites" button.

My account

Depending on the company, after the template is saved, in the section “Current bills and Balances” an electronic bill will be issued - an analogue of your paper receipt. Open an account to familiarize yourself with its content and make a payment. If the service provider does not transfer indicators to the Portmone.com system, the created template will be displayed in the “Add money to your balance” section. At any time you can pay for the services of the company, without waiting for the bill.

Manage your templates

The templates you created will be displayed in the “Templates” section. Here you can manage them (delete, edit, add new ones). In addition, you may set up an auto-payment to save time. Fill in the details of the company

At this stage, you need to perform a few simple steps:

• choose a payment category;
• indicate the details of the recipient (EDRPOU / TIN, name and IBAN account of the recipient).

Enter the data for payment

Next you need to enter data for payment:

• Full name of the payer;
• payer email;
• payer phone;
• amount of payment;
• purpose of payment.

Here you can create a payment template by ticking the appropriate box.

Choose a payment card

At the final stage, it is necessary to provide the payment card details. You can choose one of the previously saved cards or enter another card. Then, you need to agree to the terms of the public offer by checking the corresponding box and click on the "Pay" button.

The receipt with information about the successful payment can be:

• send by email;
• save as PDF;
• get the original.

Select the subsection “Transfer from card to card”

In the category “Money transfers” select the service “Переказ з карти на карту”

Fill in the details

Specify the number of the Recipient's payment card, as well as the sender's card details (16-digit card number, expiration date and CVV2/CVC2 code). Next, enter the amount of the transfer, agree to the terms of the public offer by ticking the appropriate box, then click the “Transfer” button. Confirm the action in the pop-up window by clicking “Ok”.

Please note: You can notify the recipient about the transfer using email or sms information.

Successful payment page

After completing the transaction, you will see the details of the transaction, as well as be able to receive a check by e-mail, download it in a PDF file or receive the original. To do this, click on the appropriate button.

Add Promo Code

To activate a promo code, follow the simple algorithm:

• Click on the "Add promo code" field;
• Enter the promo code;
• Click the "Apply" button.

Pay attention: if you made a mistake during the introduction of the promotional code, a warning will appear on the screen. Check the spelling of the code and try again.
