Quarterly distribution of receipts involves the delivery of paper receipts, which confirm payments in the Portmone.com system, following the results of the quarter to the mailing address specified by you.
This service is chargeable:
Receipts are sent on the 15-20th day of the first month after the quarter (for example, for the first quarter of the year β January, February and March β receipts will be sent on April 15-20). Entered within 5 working days by Ukrposhta.
Quarterly mail delivery of receipts is available only to registered users. The service must be activated in the section "Delivery of receipts / Periodic Delivery" by ticking "I want to receive receipts by mail" and selecting companies from which you would like to receive receipts.
Receipts that are delivered by mail, in appearance and content, are similar to receipts that you can print out yourself from the Portmone.com site.
You can order single unscheduled delivery of receipts for any chosen period.
Delivery by Ukrposhta in Ukraine (delivery time 5-7 working days):
Delivery by courier in Kiev (delivery time 1-3 working days): 80 UAH.
Urgent mail delivery of receipts is available only to registered users. The service must be activated in the section "Delivery of receipts / Urgent Delivery" by ticking "I want to receive receipts by mail" and selecting companies from which you would like to receive receipts.
* The system Portmone.com is not responsible for the messages not delivered to you in the event that you incorrectly indicated your mailing details, as well as through the fault of other organizations, including Ukrposhta.
All receipts that users can print from our Web site are approved by service providers in respective agreements between Portmone.com and these companies. According to these agreements, receipts are accepted as a legal confirmation of a payment. «Portmone» seal is not required.
Additional service for receipts delivery with «Portmone» seal is provided only to ensure your trust to the system. We assume that some of our customers will feel more secure about their payments once they have a receipt with Portmone.com seal in their hands. You will receive a receipt with stamp when directly contacting an Helpdesk system Portmone.com .
In case of any disputes the recipient of payment may contact Portmone.com Customer Support for explanations and confirmations, as well as your bank or a recipient bank.
