Why wasn’t my card accepted for this payment?
The following reasons may prevent you from making a payment:
- lack of funds to pay for the order. Check the balance of your card, add money and try again
- You entered incorrect card information (number, expiration date, card holder, CCV\CVV). Check the information You entered. Don’t forget to enter card information the same as You have it on Your card
- You have a daily limit of withdrawal. In order to prevent fraud, banks may set daily withdrawal limits. Contact Your bank to remove the limit

What is the refund procedure if I return my airline ticket?
The amount of refund depends on the rules of rate application. Upon confirmation by a customer, funds are returned to the card that was used for relevant payment. Money is added to the account within the terms defined by the emitting bank (the one that issued the card). In certain cases it might take up to one month to return money to your account, which depends on the conditions of operation of your bank.

Money is charged from the account in two steps:
- after booking, full amount of the order is put on hold to verify credit status of the card holder,
- after issuing an electronic ticket, money on hold is charged from the account

Low-cost airline companies are those optimizing their costs and reducing the standard package of service, thus offering their customers low prices for flights.

Can I arrange exchange/return of a low-cost airline ticket?
In most cases low-cost airline tickets are not exchanged or returned. You have to notify an airline company on your desire to cancel the flight or change the parameters. We do not deal with returns and exchange of low-cost airline tickets and do not have all necessary information about rules and penalties of exchange and return of such tickets.

What is a confirmation of purchasing an airline ticket?
When processing an electronic ticket a passenger receives a route receipt, containing full information on the route, payment method, details and terms of flight. It confirms the payment and the right of the passenger for the relevant flight. We recommend you to have your route receipt handy during the whole period of flight. You might have to produce it to airline security services before entering an airport, during the passport check and custom examination as a proof that you have a return ticket or that you are going to continue your travel.

What do I need for registration in the airport?
In order to pass registration you must have passports for adults and birth certificates for children. Route receipt is convenient because it has all flight information. We strongly recommend you to print it and take it to the airport, although it is not mandatory for registration. In order to travel abroad you will need a route receipt to pass the passport check as a proof that you have a return ticket or that you continue your travel. Also, in some Russian airports you might have to produce a route receipt to aviation security services before entering the airport.
